Someone who wants to become a leader must have 2 main things, namely leadership and creativity. Wherever a leader would hold the top command and not behind (the follower). He knows the problems that exist around us and can solve the problem quickly because they have the ability to think creativity in the power of intelligent same time. However, many people still think if a leader is born from the default. People think like that but the reality is different. For example, a trader who was walking along for many years now and the end build own factory. That is an example of successful and industrious people in the world of work.
